New Jersey Firearm/Gun Bill of Sale
The New Jersey bill of sale for a firearm is designated for residents who have a Firearms Purchaser Identification Card or a Permit to Purchase a Handgun. If the buyer does not have this card they may obtain one through the Application for Firearm Application Card (Form STS-033).
