Arizona Boat Bill of Sale | Form 678
The Arizona boat bill of sale, also “Form 678”, allows two parties to legally document the sale of a motorized vessel. Within fifteen (15) days, the new owner of a vessel in Arizona must submit notice to the Game and Fish Department sending to the following address;

Sold Notice
- Within fifteen (15) days from the date of the sale of a boat, it must be made aware to the State via the sold notice. After it is completed it must be sent to the following address by the Seller;

- Hull Identification Number
- Registration Number
- State of Issue
- Year
- Built
- Length
- Feet Inches
- Purchase Price
- Sales Tax Paid (If Any)
- Signature only from the Seller(s) is required including Date.
