Cheatham County, Tennessee Bill of Sale
The Cheatham County bill of sale may only be used to facilitate a sale between a buyer and seller for a motor vehicle. The buyer and seller will need to input their information onto the form and once a price has been agreed to sign the document to complete the private sale.
- The new owner will need to bring the bill of sale along with any required registration document to the County Clerk’s Office.
