Manufactured (Mobile) Home Bill of Sale
The manufactured bill of sale is to be used as a standard receipt for a purchase of any type of mobile home. The form is required to be fully completed by the buyer and seller including the following information:
- Manufacturer
- Serial Number
- Size
- Current Location (of the home)
- Model
- Year Constructed
Any title or ownership verification should be provided and signed over to the new owner upon payment. After the sale is complete, the purchaser will need to register the mobile home in the State they reside.
