Utah General Blank Bill of Sale
The Utah general bill of sale is a printable document to be used as a receipt for the transfer of personal property. Both parties will be bound to the transaction including the transfer of the item in addition to the monetary funds by the purchaser. Once the form has been completed and signed the exchange becomes final.
- All items that are to be traded in the completed bill of sale, “the Payment” and “Personal Property”, are to exchange possession on the time and date of signature.
