Wisconsin Firearm/Gun Bill of Sale
The Wisconsin firearm bill of sale is used for the purchase and sale of a gun located within the State. The buyer will have to complete the Firearms Transaction Record (Form 4473) and the new owner, if purchasing from a dealer, will have to wait approximately forty-eight (48) hours for a background check to process.
