Utah Firearm/Gun Bill of Sale
The Utah firearm bill of sale is written for the use of a private seller seeking to trade any type of gun with another person in exchange for monetary funds (US Dollars $). Due to the only laws in the State being the Constitution (Title 53, Section 5A), the bill of sale is recognized as the only document that states the transaction between a buyer and a seller within the State. Once the form is signed with the full details of the transaction written, the form becomes legally binding and enforceable.
- When filling-in the document, it is best to make sure the Serial Number (S/N) is inputted and clearly recognizable on the gun.
