Natrona County, Wyoming Bill of Sale
The Natrona County Bill of Sale is to be used in addition to the Odometer Disclosure Statement, if the vehicle is nine (9) years of age or younger, to legally transfer the ownership of a vehicle from one party to another. All vehicle bill of sale documents are required to be signed in the presence of a notary public to be accepted by the County Clerk’s Office.
- The new owner will need to bring the bill of sale form in addition to the following registration forms to the address below:

- Application for Registration/Title
- Blank Check for Fees
- Duplicate Title Application – Only for use if the new owner’s Title or Manufacturers Statement of Origin (MSO) is not in existence.
- Power of Attorney – To be used if another person will be responsible for the sale in the place of the owner. The person authorized under a power of attorney form has the full right, if instructed, to negotiate and sign for the transaction.
