Carbon County, Wyoming Bill of Sale
The Carbon County bill of sale (includes Odometer Disclosure Statement) is required to be used as a receipt for any sale between two (2) parties within the State. The full details of the document should be filled-in as well as having the signatures be in the presence of a notary public. The bill of sale in addition to the registration forms should be presented to the County Clerk’s Office by the new owner for titling purposes.
